"I am in a hurry and don't have time to re-install the app. Is there any other way I can access my visits?"

Yes, as Plan B, you can always login using the Chrome browser on your mobile device at:

app.nursebuddy.fi

Use your normal username and PIN code, and you will be able to see your visit list as well as complete visits and notes.

"I have another issue that is not listed here. What to do?"

First contact your manager, who may be able to help.

If it is a technical issue that several carers are having, they will be in touch with Nursebuddy's support.

"I don't have Internet connection"

Nursebuddy allows you to work in off line mode for up to 24h. However, it is important that you have been logged in with Internet connection in the last 24 h at least once. If you haven't been logged in for more than 24h the app won't allow you to login. You need to find Internet connection and login and after that you will be able to use the app in the off line mode for the next 24h.
