How to see if a missed medication is due to a cancelation or an absence?

What happens when my client cancels a visit or they will be out of home for a period of time? How this will be showing up in the eMAR?

If there was a dose that should have been administered but it wasn't due to a cancelled visit or an absence the eMAR will show an orange alert symbol on top of the day where the absence/cancelation is:

If you place your cursor on top of the symbol it will show you the date and time of the cancelation or absence, together with a reason if you have input any:

This way during the CQC or other authorities' inspection you can demonstrate that the missing medications are due to visit's cancelation or absences.
