Nursebuddy has three offices based in Dublin, Finland and the UK. Our technical team heads up the Finnish office; our Sales and Support team are in Dublin, while our marketing team is in the UK.
We want to make sure that you receive the best support possible, which is why we offer email (support@nursebuddy.fi) and chat as our support channels. We have found that these options are the most effective for addressing usage questions. Rest assured, our team strives to respond to all queries as soon as possible, following a first in, first answered approach. In case of urgent matters, we prioritise and address them promptly.
Phone support is available for Pro customers only, however, video calls will be suggested.
Customers in a Essential plan/subscription don't have access to Support. Please check the Help Centre in order to find the answers to your questions. If you feel you require access to the different Support channels please consider to update your pricing plan to Standard.
