What does this help your homecare business to do? By easily extracting records like visit data and care plans, you can ensure your business stays compliant and is prepared for any audits or inspections—plus, it gives you peace of mind!

There are a few ways of extracting any relevant data for your records:

Visit information

  • You can pull detailed records of your visits using the Client or Carer Visit List reports. This includes everything from visit notes, mileage, services, and compliances! Find these reports under Reports > Client Reports/ Carer Reports > Visit List.

Use the Settings button to add or remove any columns you want to see.

You can save electronic copies by exporting the report to CSV or printing it to PDF. You can also use the Copy to clipboard option.

  • Use the Visit Notes, Absence Reports, and Summary reports to get relevant client and carer data.

Heads-up about large reports: If you have a lot of data, the system may not be able to generate everything in one go. If this happens, try reducing the time range and running the report again. The maximum time frame for any single report is 1.5 years.

Client Documents (Care Plans, RAs, eMAR)

Care Plans, Risk Assessments, and Medication Lists must be printed to PDF to save them. Just go to the relevant tab in the client's profile to do this.

Care Plan history:

Risk Assessment history:

eMAR

Print these to PDF if you need electronic copies of your clients' charts. You can use your browser's print preview settings to adjust the scale or page orientation to fit the info nicely. Look for Actions > Print

General Info of carers and clients (archived and active)

To get a simple list of all your client and carer profiles (active and archived), use the Export Data function found in the Admin menu (it's at the bottom left of your screen!).

Please remember: If you cancel your subscription, please make sure you extract all your data during the notice period. Once your account is closed, we can't grant access unless a fee of £80/€80 for one week's access is paid in advance.
