If you have ended your subscription with Nursebuddy, there are a few ways of extracting any relevant data for your records:

Visit information

  • The Client or Carer Visit List reports provide detailed records of visits within a selected time period (including visit notes, services, absences, compliances, mileage, etc). Reports> Client Reports> Visit List

You can add/remove any desired columns from the Settings button

Export it to .csv or print to PDF to save electronic copies. You can use the option Copy to clipboard.

  • Visit notes, absence reports, summary: Use these reports to get relevant data from your clients and/or carers

Depending on the amount of data in your account, the system may not be able to generate a report containing all the information in one go. In this case, we kindly suggest reducing the time range and try again. We want you to know that the maximum length for report generation is 1.5 years, so feel free to play around with the time range until the system is able to load the information and generate the report.

Care Plans, Risk Assessments and Medication lists

Must be printed to PDF to save from the relevant tab in the client profiles (note: historic care plans are listed at the bottom of the Care Plan tab and historic risk assessment by moving the arrow next to word Active or Draft). You will find the Print icon in the Care Plan Tab, and for Risk Assessments and Medication List look for the Print option in the 'Action' menu.

Must also be printed to PDF if you wish to save electronic copies of clients' charts. You are able to use the print preview scale/page orientation settings to fit the info onto pages as desired. Actions > Print

General Info of carers and clients (archived and active)

To extract a general list of client/carers and user profiles, you can use the Export Data function from the Admin menu (bottom left of screen).

*** Please remember: You need to extract all your data during your notice period, after your account is closed down we cannot grant access to it unless 50£ per week fee is paid in advance***
