In the Nursebuddy mobile app, the carer can log the start and end time of their workshifts, as well as their mileage.
Go to Reports > Carer reports > Work shifts.
2. Select your date range and carer name from the drop down options.
3. The basic report will display a summary row containing planned hours, reported hours, mileage, travel time, and notes. You can add and remove columns from this report from the report's Settings.
4. To see a day-specific break-down, select the detailed report to expand the list:
You can print the report (Summary and Detailed view, separately), or export it to Excel for payroll.
Tip! You can filter the workshift report based on teams.
On the report, select the date range you want to view.
Select All carers.
On the upper left-hand corner of Nursebuddy (just below the logo), select the team you want to view.
Refresh the browser view while on the workshift report, and you will be seeing the workshifts by team.
