In the Nursebuddy mobile app, your carers can log the start and end time of their work shifts, as well as their mileage.
Accessing the Reports (5 steps)
Go to Reports > Carer reports > Work shifts.
2. Select your desired date range and carer name from the drop-down options.
3. The basic report will display a summary row containing planned hours, reported hours, mileage, travel time, and notes.
4. To see a day-specific break-down, select the detailed report to expand the list.
5. You can print the report (Summary and Detailed view, separately), or export it to Excel for payroll.
Tip! Filtering by Team (4 steps)
You can easily filter the work shift report to view data for specific teams:
On the report, select the date range you want to view.
Select All carers.
On the upper left-hand corner of Nursebuddy (just below the logo), select the team you want to view.
Refresh the browser view while on the workshift report, and you will see the workshifts filtered by that team.
