NurseBuddy reports are broken into carers and clients so you can access your data from each perspective. Reports can be used for client invoicing, supporting carer payroll and managing staff activity.
Client Reports
Visits - By product report allows you to see visits categorised by your different invoicing rates in a summary format. This is useful for seeing your council hours vs your private hours.
Visit - Summary report shows your planned hours vs reported hours as well as the number of visits as a summary.
Visits - List report is the most detailed, here you can see everything about your client's visits and modify past visits.
Absences lists any client absences you’ve inputted.
Client notes includes any notes written by carers or managers to the diary section.
Carer Reports
Carers have the same reports as above plus two extra ones.
Compliance report tracks the carer compliance's that you’ve created as part of their profile, you can see expired ones as well as active ones.
Work shift report is for tracking your carers work shifts and displaying any mileage they've manually inputted in the mobile app.
