Client Reports
Visits - By Product: This summary shows your visits grouped by invoicing rates. It’s perfect for quickly comparing your Council hours against your Private hours.
Visit - Summary report A great "birds-eye view" that compares your planned hours against the actual reported hours, along with the total number of visits.
Visits - List report Our most detailed report! Use this to see every specific detail about a client’s visit or to make necessary modifications to past visits.
Absences A simple, clear list of all client absences recorded in the system.
Client notes Stay informed by reviewing all notes written by carers or managers in the client's diary section.
Carer Reports
Carers have access to the same report types mentioned above, plus two extra tools specifically for staff management:
Compliance report Keep your team safe and ready to work. This tracks the compliance items on carer profiles, highlighting both active and expired documents.
Work shift reportEssential for payroll! This tracks carer shifts and displays any mileage they have manually entered into the mobile app.
