This report is perfect for cross-referencing your carers' active shifts and reviewing any mileage they have entered themselves via the mobile app.
To generate this report Navigate to Reports > Carer Reports > Work shifts.
Use the Settings gear to pick exactly which columns you want to see
Choose your date range and select either a specific carer or "All Carers"
This report shows manual mileage. This is the distance that carers have typed into the app themselves at the end of a visit. Learn how carers can report mileage manually in here.
Important: This is different from the "Automated Mileage" used in payroll. This report is for auditing what carers reported, rather than what the system calculated.

Once you've reviewed the shifts, use the Actions menu to Print a physical copy or Export the data for your records.
