Designed to help with payroll and activity tracking work shift reports let you see how much your carers have worked and any mileage attached.

To generate this report open Work shift reports: Reports>Carer Reports> Work shifts.

Then select from Settings menu, the information you would like to see:

You need to choose the time frame and the carer's name (you can also generate a report for 'all carers'):

The mileage that's pulled in to this report is what's manually logged by them in the mobile app. Learn how carers can report mileage manually in here.

The mileage in this report is not linked to the mileage calculations in payroll or reports.
