How to set up the integration

  1. Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Integrations and select the Xero option to activate it.


2. Enter your Xero Chart of Accounts number. For example, if you want these invoices registered under "Sales," you would typically enter "200". Click Save.

3. Go to Client Reports > By Product, then select the specific client and date range you wish to invoice.



Double-check that all visits have an Invoice Contact assigned, or they won't know where to go in Xero!

4. Under the Actions menu, select Create Xero Invoice. A pop-up will appear asking you to log in to your Xero account securely.


5. Login to your Xero account in the pop up window.

5. You’ll be asked to match your Nursebuddy contacts with your existing Xero contacts. This ensures the money is always assigned to the right person.


6. Success! Your invoice is now a draft in Xero. You can find it under the client's contact details, where you can add last-minute items or hit "Send."
