Key Steps:
Enable Integration in NurseBuddy:
Go to Settings > General Settings.
Tick the box for integration and select a code for the Xero account for invoicing.
Click Save.
Create Invoice Contacts:
In NurseBuddy, go to Settings > Invoicing.
Create all invoice contacts.
Ensure contacts match those in Xero for seamless integration.
Assign Invoice Contacts to Visits:
Ensure each client visit has an invoice contact assigned.
Set default invoice contacts for recurring visits if needed.
Manually assign invoice contacts for visits with different payment sources.
Generate Invoices in Xero:
Log in to Xero and NurseBuddy.
Run the "Visits by Product" report in NurseBuddy.
Filter by client and time frame.
Click on "Create Xero Invoices" in the report.
Match NurseBuddy contacts with Xero contacts.
Click Create.
Review and Approve Invoices in Xero:
Check the newly created invoices in Xero.

Cancel visits in NurseBuddy if needed.
