Depend on how you have set up your roster to be published, you will be able to create rosters for upcoming weeks without the carers to see these drafts.

To set up when you will publish your scheduling follow these steps:

1-From the Schedule page, click the Actions button, and click Publishing settings.

This takes you to the Schedule publishing settings page. You can also access this from the main admin Settings page.

2-Select the number of full weeks into the future you would like your carers to see the rota from the top drop-down menu (Indefinitely or 1, 2 or 4 weeks, Mon-Sun).

3-Select the day on which you wish the schedule to be published to the carers from the next drop-down menu.

The same setting will apply for when visits will be visible in the Family Portal.

Please note this functionality is only available for Admin users.
