Metrics

The Metrics page is your command centre. It transforms your daily data into easy-to-read graphs, helping you track trends in your client base, staff retention, and visit volume over time.

Want to see how your business is evolving? The Metrics page gives you a high-level overview of your growth, tracking your active clients, carer numbers, and visit trends all in one place.

To get started, navigate to the Insights menu and select Metrics.

Your dashboard is divided into four key areas: Clients, eMAR, Carers Waiting Time, and Visits. These offer an instant snapshot of your current performance.


Click on the numbers to see statistics in more detailed graphs on another page. You can change the drop-downs to suit the time frame of the data you'd like to see:


Diving Deeper: Click on any of the headline numbers to open up a detailed graph view. You can use the drop-down menus to look back at last month, last year, or any custom time frame you choose

In each Metric page, Use the Action menu on any metric page to generate a professional PDF report for your next board meeting, or download a CSV file to do your own deep-dive analysis
