The Metrics page gives you overviews of your numbers of active clients, carers and the changes in your numbers of visits over a selected time period.

Under your Insights menu click Metrics to go to the page

On the page, view the main figures sorted by Clients, Carers, Waiting time and Visits metrics:

Click on the numbers to see statistics in more detailed graphs on another page. You can change the drop-downs to suit the time frame of the data you'd like to see:

In each Metric page, you will also find an Action menu where you can generate a print out (PDF) or download the data used to create the graphs in a .csv file:
