For traceability purposes, client, carer, and office staff profiles created in Nursebuddy cannot be removed. Instead, you archive them. Archiving a profile ensures they cannot access the Nursebuddy system once they are no longer active.
This ensures that all historical data and records associated with a profile remain intact, maintaining compliance and traceability.
Inactivating a Profile
To archive a profile, follow these simple steps:

To archive a carer in Nursebuddy, follow these steps:
Navigate to the carer’s profile within the Nursebuddy application.
Locate the status setting in the profile.
Change the status from Active to Archived.
Click Save to confirm the changes. Once archived, the carer’s profile will be moved to the archived list, and they will no longer have access to the Nursebuddy system.
