Your team is at the heart of your business, and creating a profile for each carer is the first step to making their day-to-day work simpler and more efficient with Nursebuddy. This guide will help you get them set up for success! ✨
Let's create a profile for your new carers:
Go to the blue banner on the left hand side of your Nursebuddy screen
Go to your People page to add Carers to the system.
Click on Carers then select the Add carer button on the left-hand side.
You can also do this through the Actions button on the right top corner.
You'll need their first name, last name, username, and a PIN code to get them started. The username and PIN code are what they'll use to log in to the mobile app.
Your PIN code must contain numbers only, and the username can be kept simple, e.g., their name or email address. This are complusory fields identified by the red asterisk. This is the minumum requirement hor the profile to save however complete as many as you can for greater oversight and data storage.
Heads up about their home address
If you're using Nursebuddy to automatically calculate mileage, make sure their address is correct. It's super important that the red pin is in the right spot, since we'll calculate mileage from there! (You can even drag and drop it if you need to).
One last thing!
All telephone numbers must be in the international format, e.g., +44. +353,
