You can add an absence for a carer in two quick and easy ways. β
1) Via the Calendar tab within the carer's profile and adding the absence into their calendar directly. This will also take to straight to releasing any allocated visits to the carer so you record the absence and release the visit simultaneously.
2) Via the Scheduling page and through their profile there
You can track each carer's absence individually or run a report monthly, or over a different time frame, for all carers collectively. You can then print the report or download it into a CSV file to save to your drive via the ACTIONS button on the right hand side of the report.
