Carer appreciation

Give positive feedback to your carers and thank them for their great work!

Our Carer appreciation feature provides a way to send messages to your carers and teams so they know that all the hard work they put is being recognised and celebrated.

This is a one way channel. Carers cannot reply to these messages

How to send positive feedback messages

1- On the left hand side of the screen under Communicate open the Carer Appreciation tab

2-Click in Compose to start creating the message or move the view to Draft to see the saved messages you have that still need to be sent

3- When composing a new message add the title, select the carer or carers (or the team), write the message and select an e-card

4-When you are ready to send it, just click Send or if you need to continue later click Save draft and send it later on.

5- If you want to resend a message e.g use the same message to send to another carer or to another team, open the message and from the Actions menu select Send again


How to see the message in the Carer's app

Carers then will receive a push notification about the message you just sent:

And after clicking in the message they can see it under My appreciation tab (by clicking on the 3 lines at the top right corner)

Messages will be visible in the order they received it, with the most recent at the top

This is a feature to send positive feedback only. Please refrain from using it to send communications about other aspects of the service.
