Compliance Hub 🚀

A centralised dashboard for your compliance needs

Written by Ilaria Bommarito

Our compliance dashboard is here to help you stay inspection-ready by giving you clear, effortless insights into your data. You can easily track given, not given and missed medications over any time frame you choose.

To get going, just pick the time period you want to audit. The dashboard handles the rest, showing you:

  • An overview of all medication types

  • A deep dive into the total number of missed, given and not given medications.

  • A handy percentage comparison to last month, so you can track your progress at a glance

Want to see exactly what’s happening during homecare visits? Just click right on the numbers to dig into the details!

We’ve made these visualisations super simple to understand so you can spot trends instantly, build better workflows and breeze through your next inspection. The dashboard pairs a clear graph with your client list, where you can easily filter by missed, given or not given medication.

Missed medication view

This view pairs a helpful graph with your client list in which the order of the list can be sorted by clicking from the highest to lowest missed medications. It makes it easy to see exactly which days had the most missed doses. You can also see scheduled and untimed medications for every single client.

We want to help you fix the root causes of missed medications, not just spot them. Click View Details to investigate if a missed dose was because of:

  1. a client's absence

  2. a cancelled visit

  3. an unassigned visit

You can look at all your clients at once or focus on one person at a time. Even better, each client’s profile links straight back to their eMAR, so you can review visit details in a single click.

Not given medication view

Just like the missed view, this section gives you a clear snapshot of exactly when a medication wasn't given. You’ll see:

  1. the visit date

  2. the medication name

  3. the type (scheduled or PRN)

  4. the corresponding assigned visit

  5. the time the dose or doses were reported

Scheduled

PRN

This list comes with a visual graph to highlight your peak days for not given medications, and you can jump straight into the client’s eMAR whenever you need to review things further.

If you need paper copy or a spreadsheet for your internal records, just click the Actions button to print or export your data as a CSV file.

Overview

Lastly, the Overview option lets you effortlessly compare all given, not given and missed medications side by side.

💡 A quick heads-up: The compliance hub is available for our Standard and Pro customers. If you’re on our Essentials plan, don’t worry, you can keep using your eMAR metrics just like before.
