Manager Notes are private notes about your clients that are strictly for office use.
These notes do not appear in the carer's mobile app or in the Family Portal for family members. You can also create custom categories for notes related to your company's administration.
Create custom categories
You can tailor your categories to fit your company's specific administrative needs:
Go to Settings > Clients > Manager Notes Categories.
Here, you can add, edit, and delete the category headers
Create a new note
Once your categories are set, adding a new note is simple:
Navigate to the desired client profile and select the Manager Notes tab.
From the Actions menu, select Add Note.
Enter the text and select the appropriate Category from the menu at the top.
Save the changes.
Keep in mind: You can edit and delete notes you created later, but not notes made by others.
Browse and print notes
Need to quickly review notes or print a specific set?
You can filter and browse notes by category.
You can also print all notes or only the comments for a specific category.
Old private notes
Anything previously written in your client's old "Private notes" box will now be automatically moved to the new Manager Notes section.
