On the client profile, you can add Manager Notes about your clients. These notes do not appear in the carer's mobile app or in the Family Portal for family members.
You can also create custom categories for notes related to your company's administration.
Create categories
You can add, edit, and delete category headers here: Settings > Clients > Manager Notes Categories.
Create a new note
Navigate to the desired client profile and select the Manager Notes tab.
From the Actions menu, select Add Note.
Enter the text and select Category from the menu at the top.
Save the changes.
Note: You can edit and delete notes you created later, but not notes made by others.
Browse and print notes
You can filter and browse notes by category. You can also print all or only the comments for a specific category.
Old private notes
Anything previously written in your client's old "Private notes" box will now be moved to the new Manager Notes section.
