Nursebuddy feature, Carer Wellbeing Survey, is a part of our mission to improve carer retention. It all starts with understanding your carers’ feelings.
How does the carer wellbeing survey work?
With the survey activated, the Nursebuddy for Carers mobile app will ask this question at the end of the carers' work day, every day: "How did your day feel?"
Answering is very easy using the smiley faces.
The carer can freely reflect on their day because the answers will be collected anonymously and individuals cannot be singled out.
They can also add a piece of feedback expanding more about how they day went or why they selected that rate
How do I activate the Carer Wellbeing Survey?
Someone with Admin level access in your organisation should go to Surveys --> Activate
How to check the results?
Admin and Manager users are able to track summaries of the responses on a weekly or monthly basis from Metrics (formerly Business Metrics):
From the Action menu, you can create a print-out of this page or download the data in a .CSV file.
Things to consider:
If there are too few responses submitted, the ratings will be shown as empty to respect the privacy of the carers.
Admin users with a valid email address will also receive the weekly report of the Well-being survey in their email. However, some email providers have blocked these emails in the past, but information will be available for those cases here in the Metrics.
Your company can decide how to communicate to staff about the survey and its results. Let them know you're listening to them and that you care about their wellbeing and that results will be used to make improvements where possible.
Carers will need to be using the newest version of the mobile app, for iOS and Android. Instructions for getting started with the Nursebuddy for Carers mobile app can be found on this page >>
