Whether you are on a monthly rolling contract or annual subscription plan, you must cancel your Nursebuddy subscription in the web portal by following the below steps.
Please be reminded that your cancellation remains subject to your billing terms that you agreed to upon signing up.
To cancel your subscription:
Go to Settings > My Account > Subscription.
Click 'End Subscription' and follow the prompts provided.
Please read the message and click 'Confirm':
During the last month of your subscription you can download all the data you need from your account. This can be done using the following options:
Data Export (List of clients, carers, contacts)
Reports (Data related to visits, absences, payroll, invoices, carer notes)
Information in each client/carer profile (care plans, risk assessments, eMAR, manager notes, file attachments, service history, etc)
Your account will be shut down on the last day of your billing cycle and after that you won't be able to access it any more.
Please be aware that if you cancel just after having paid your invoice, you will still receive another one that will be counted as your last one. The invoice's amount will always reflect the package you were in before cancelling.
If you need to access your data after your subscription has ended, this will be subject to a fee.
