Whether you are on a monthly rolling contract or annual subscription plan, you must cancel your Nursebuddy subscription in the web portal.
Please be reminded that your cancellation remains subject to your billing terms that you agreed to upon signing up.
Watch our tutorial on how to cancel and follow the steps below.
To cancel your subscription:
Login to Nursebuddy and go to Settings > My Organisation > Subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts provided.
Please complete the form and click 'Submit'
If you want to know when your account will be closed and when is your last invoice, you can contact our Support team.
After cancelling in-app and your account closing date, you can download all the data you need from your account. This can be done using the following options:
Data Export (List of clients, carers, contacts)
Reports (Data related to visits, absences, payroll, invoices, carer notes)
Information in each client/carer profile (care plans, risk assessments, eMAR, manager notes, file attachments, service history, etc
Nursebuddy doesn't provide any services to download your data.
It's your responsibility to retrieve all the data from your account before the closing date.
Please take note of how your notice period works based on your type of subscription:
Monthly Roll Out Subscriptions: Please be aware that after cancelling in-app you will still receive another invoice that will be counted as your last one. The invoice's amount will always reflect the package you were in before cancelling and will be issued in your billing date. This is in accordance to our Terms of Service that you agreed when signed up.
Annual Contracts, monthly payments: If you cancel your annual contract, you will still be responsible for the remaining term of that contract. You can opt to pay all the remaining invoices in one single payment or continue paying monthly until your account is closed down. When a customer cancels, their last invoice or invoices will always reflect the package you were subscribed to before canceling and will be issued on your normal billing date.
Once you have cancelled, you will receive one last invoice. Your account will be deactivated on the final day of that billing cycle. After this, you will no longer have access to your account.
If you need to access your data after your subscription has ended, this will be subject to a fee.
