The aim of this tool is to help you to visualise your carers' time during their work shifts in a better way so you can optimise the time they spend traveling or waiting. This will help you to increase your carers' satisfaction, furthermore your staff retention.
Important: The purpose of this tool is to show you in general terms how much time the carers spend traveling or waiting. It is not intended to be used for invoicing or payroll.
The Waiting Times Metrics can be found in the Business Metrics section. It consists of four boxes where you can see: Waiting time between visits, The carer with the most waiting time, Travel Commute and Travel between visits.
By clicking one of the boxes you will see more detailed information.
The graph will show you the proportion of time the carers have spent traveling, commuting or waiting. It will also consider breaks if you have set this for your Autopilot tool in your scheduling settings.
For each metric, you can select how far back you want to visualise the information:
If you would like to print/save as PDF or download the information, you can do it from the Actions menu:
Also, the system will let you know if there is an error with a client's address or when a carer does not have their address set.
