Admins and Managers users

After you sign up for an account your login details will be sent to you by email. If you haven't received these details email support@nursebuddy.fi Ensure that the email address you use for your manager profile is not the same as the one used for a carer profile, as this can cause conflicts.

Your username is usually your email but also can be any other username that you have set up in your profile. If you were the person signing up for Nursebuddy, you will also generate a password for you. You can always change it from your profile. Managers must use the email address linked to their manager profile exclusively, while carers should ensure they use the correct credentials for their carer profile.

If you forgot your password, you can try to recover it by using the Forgot Password option on the login page. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the reset instructions in your inbox. If resetting your password does not resolve the issue, contact your care company or manager for assistance with verifying your credentials and resetting your password.

You can reset your colleagues' passwords under the People > Users (if you have an Admin user role) section. For privacy and data protection reasons, Nursebuddy Support cannot reset passwords directly. Always reach out to your care company or manager for assistance with credential verification and password resets.

Carers

Carers must download the mobile app from their app store to access their visit schedules, managers who are also carers must have separate logins for the mobile app and desktop.
