Admins and Managers users
After you sign up for an account your login details will be sent to you by email. If you haven't received these details email support@nursebuddy.fi
We keep our log in page hidden in order to keep it secure so make sure you bookmark https://app.nursebuddy.fi/
Your username is usually your email but also can be any other username that you have set up in your profile. If you were the person signing up for Nursebuddy, you will also generate a password for you. You can always change it from your profile.
If you forgot your password, you can try to recover it by using the Forgot Password option.
You can reset your colleagues passwords under the People > Users (if you have an Admin user role) section but if you need further assistance please email support@nursebuddy.fi
Carers
Carers must download the mobile app from their app store to access their visit schedules, managers who are also carers must have separate logins for the mobile app and desktop.
