To help your team work safely and efficiently, Nursebuddy offers six different user roles. Each one is designed around the specific daily tasks your team performs—giving them exactly the information they need to do a great job, while keeping everything else secure.
Please note that Specialised Manager, Financial Manager, and Care Coordinator roles are exclusive to our Standard and Pro packages.
To assign an user role, go to People>Users, in the Actions menu select what role you want to create:

User Roles Description:
Admin: The "super-user" with total access to manage the system, financial settings, and user roles.
Manager: A high-level role that can manage daily operations and most features, but cannot change core system settings.
Client Coordinator: Focuses on client communication and keeping records accurate, without touching finances or scheduling.
Specialised Manager: Operates like a Manager but has no visibility into payroll or financial reporting.
Financial Manager: Dedicated to the "dollars and cents"—handles invoicing and payroll with limited access to care records.
Care Coordinator: Collaborates on the roster and keeps scheduling-related information updated.
Enquiry Admin: A restricted role used only to create new client profiles and add initial basic details.
If you’re using the Teams feature, Admins can easily limit a user’s access to specific teams directly from their staff profile. This is also the place where you can update their role if their responsibilities change:
In the same page, Admins can archive users that no longer require access to Nursebuddy.
