They may be the occasion where you need a carer to add an additional visit. If you want carers to be able to add a new visit within the carers app, in your admin SETTINGS make sure you have enabled the setting that allows carers to create visits in the mobile app.

If you have enabled this setting as above, when any carer is in the mobile app they will be able to add a new visit from the drop down menu of established clients.

1) When a carer logs into the Carers App with their unique PIN code they will see the 3 dots in the green bubble

2) Clicking on the green bubble will reveal the 3 options available to carers. Create a visit is the first option

3) The carer can add a new visit to an established client from the drop menu displayed from select a client

4) Fill out the visit details, start time, end time and services.

5) Once added, the visit will then be part of your carers daily visit list.
