For traceability purposes clients, carers and office staff that have a user profile created in Nursebuddy can not be removed.

Instead you can archive them. To do this, click the user name in the list and open their profile using 'Edit'.

Clients: Under Status, you can select 'Archive client'. As a good practice set the date when this user profile won't be needed to stay in the active list. Then click 'Save'

Carers: Move the button from Active to Archived, then click 'Save'

Managers, Admins: Move the button from Active to Archived, then click 'Save'

The users' profiles set as Archived will be moved to the archived list at midnight on the day you have set as the end date. In the case of carers and managers, this will be done immediately.

Office staff, Carers and Clients (and their contacts) cannot access Nursebuddy system once their profiles are archived. You can reactivate a user profile and they can access the software or the app using their old credentials.
